I just watched a documentary on Comfort Women and 😭😭😭 my heart breaks for Korea and China! Japan, how on earth could you do that and still not give an apology? 🤬
The fact that you refused to give an apology equates that you know how barbric your men were 😤
I’m in a painful situation and need some perspective. My sister just told me she was molested when we were young, but doesn’t remember details. Her therapist thinks she repressed it to cope with...

With upcoming increases in interest rates, is there any possibility of rents falling in the next few months? Has it ever fallen before?
Do referrals at Google expire? I applied to a few roles and the email I got back said they would notify the person who referred me of my status (didnt get the roles). I just applied to a few more and the message i got back did not include the same message so wondering if I am still coming across the hiring desk as a referral. Thank you.
I’m in my mid 20s and during/since college have been a pretty heavy drinker. Almost all weekends, some weekdays as well. Nothing dependent yet, but I did do dry january to kind of prove to myself that I’m not dependent and to re-assess my relationship with alcohol. I feel good and am proud of going the whole month so far, but physically I’m not noticing a huge change other than not being hungover on weekends. Anyone have encouraging words/advice/experience? Was it worth it?
Anyone have recommendations on how to get into graphic design/marketing w/ a sales background? I just got into Tech as an SDR but I realized even though it comes very natural to me I’m tired of sales in any industry... I have 10 years of sales experience doing trade shows & the like. However, I’ve always LOVED being creative. Through side hustles, I’ve designed dozens of websites, pitch decks, ebooks, managed social media & did content creation, etc. No degree, just experience. Recommendations?
25 yo and have $22k invested in a few stocks/ BTC. Thinking about rebalancing into 80% mutual funds and 20% stocks for more passive investing. What are the best mutual funds besides VTSAX for my age?
Anyone use Bilt and having trouble getting the rent balance to show up in the app? Pay it anyway?
Do the MLT recommenders actually have to write a letter or recommendation or is it more so a form they have to fill out?
Does Marriott have rules about staying at different hotels in the same city to earn "stays"? Like distance, etc
It’s never to be helpful
To offset my sh*tty Monday I’ve looked at this pic of my sister’s newly adopted dog a million times. Heart is warm again 💕❤️☀️

Action on ROKU before their afternoon earnings call? I may hedge my ownership of some stock with a cheap, high risk put w expiration on Friday 11/8 (essentially a thumbs up or down bet). Thoughts?
Even zoom is down today
Thoughts on GOOS? Inclined to buy some puts before the weak earrings report tomorrow (who's buying pricey luxury winter jackets?)
However last quarter they jumped 25% on earrings beat, they have entered footwear now, recent price target raises to $30, and might offer some positive guidance as they enter the winter quarters.
As a relatively new investor (and young - 23), I’m struggling to determine when to sell positions to potentially enter other positions with more room for growth.
I’ve bought solid companies at a low basis and have watched them grow (+30% minimum)...but also would like enter new opportunities that also have large rooms for growth.
For ex: JPM @92 or AAPL @45 (post split)
How do you know when to sell/trim your positions?
Got SNDL positions at $1.52 expiring in July.

Anyone know why the market is crashing? It seems more than a pull back to me. I imagine it’s a mix of new China regulations and Afghan news causing uncertainty?
Bought my first option contract a few weeks back (CRM $230c 4/9, $3.00) Kind of a shadow trade from discussions here but I generally thought there was hope with crm being back to price level pre slack acquisition news. Anyways I’m bleeding a bit, currently at $1.09. Can I get opinions on best way to exit with minimal losses here? HODL?
$MVIS seems to have a better Risk vs Reward ratio at these levels.
$10.50 ish seems to be a floor...accumulating the last bits of my shares before LiDAR sample countdown (in 2 weeks) or a PR about potential buyout.
The pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place..
Thoughts on RAD right now? Still holding $13 puts expiring tomorrow, getting a little nervous but would be selling for really not too much at this point
Any thoughts on where to park about 40k for the short term (3-6 months).? Half of it is part of a new long term investment strategy to which I will be adding about 2.5k/ month and the other half is earmarked for home improvement/ vacations.
I’d like to try to get some upside while limiting risk...Yes, I understand the basics of investing and why this is a bit of a ridiculous ask. I’m just concerned we are heading toward a cliff and don’t want to be down when I need the earmarked half.
