I didn’t keep record of those projects but I created a portfolio to show proof of knowledge/skill but it’s not lengthy. I know how to use design software, wireframe, prototype, and I do feel like a lot of my knowledge/ skills are relevant. Should I be going after Jr, mid or senior lvl UI roles?

I joined as a fresher in tcs...now its 2.9 yrs ....first my mindset was just to focus on learning ....and i worked very hard here ....over worked as per expectations......still unfortunately ....i got a very toxic manager .....who just for ownself did politics and gave me c band and he even gone too much personal to me in that extent......i got released from that project.....from that day i just lost all the motivation to work here in tcs.......lost all thirst to work here

Getting offer from Barclays for VP position with 42 fix.
They are not going beyond 40% hike on current fixed package.
Is it like max Barclays can offer?

Also is it worth the switch with so little hike?
