What are common post-product owner roles?

Looking for advice on types of roles I should be searching in financial services. I am an expert communicator, both written and verbal (many publications, and pre-consulting/fs career in public speaking), and a great salesperson. Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Started a new job last week and have not received much training other than HR videos on company policies. Been begging for some guidance from my new boss and coming up empty. Now he says he wants me to come up with my own 30, 60, 90 day goals for how I see my career progression going and that then he can review with me to help me achieve them…this is weird, right? What are some hard skills you’ve learned that have helped propel your career and earning potential?

Fresh out of school all I knew was print and static digital design. Over the years I had self taught myself UI/UX, video editing, and 2D motion design. Having these skills in my toolkit has allowed me to move ahead and more than double my salary in 3 short years.

I’ve been stagnating for a while now, but I’ve been eyeing learning Cinema 4D and getting into AR design as my next skill set.

When I do get interviews, I get "we decided not to fill this role," or I get to the final round and am not selected. I am looking for advice on my resume and cover letter. Well there’s been a lot of rejection in 2020, but I finally accepted a role at a new employer today. It may not be my “dream” but I believe my possibilities are endless and they are aware of my long-term career goals. Finally some good news after all the negatives the previous year has brought me.
