Any women in here have low cut hair cuts that are generally attributed to men such as a fade, tapers, line ups, etc? How has this been perceived at work? I have locs and have been thinking of getting a temple taper and want insight on experiences people have had with this. Has it held you back at all? I'm in the middle of a background check with Deloitte for a Project Delivery role. In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ? Also my title within cognizant might have been an associate but my resume mentions the designation for the client. Is this a reason for concern? Will they ask me to justify it ?

Hello! I am a mom of 3 kids: 17,13, and 7. So I’ve got one in high school, middle, and elementary. Lol! This is my 18th year teaching, with most years in M.S. but last 4 in Elementary.

This will be yr 8 for me and I have a 7yr old and a 4yr old. The afterschool activities have increased which makes it sooooo much harder!! Everyday is a new BUSY adventure!!!

Hey awesome mamas! What are your plans for when you have to go back to work but your kids are staying home either doing distance-learning or the hybrid model? My three are all in middle school and high school doing the hybrid and are home by themselves Monday -Wednesday. Even though they’re old enough to be home by themselves I still don’t quite trust that they’re on task- especially my 6th grader. Also worried about having to help them with a lot of homework after I get home from work. Ideas?
