What do u prefer ?

Damn. Boruto is getting really interesting.
I started working in TCS on 10th June 2021 and my LWD is 12th June 2022. According to the rules i should be eligible for the retention bonus but my HR is saying i probably will not get it. What should I do to ensure that I get the retention bonus and whom should i contact regarding it?Tata Consultancy
My friend is getting time/freelance offers. He is currently working in tcs. The consultancy company is telling, no need to submit pan, no form16, no UAN, no any sort of documentation. No offer letter, no payslip. Amount will be transferred directly to bank account (family members account). But the issue is now the client is asking for passport scan copy for an NDA agreement to be signed as formality. So apart from passport copy. No other documents asked. Is it safe?Tata Consultancy

Not familiar with the company but sounds like a great opportunity if the role sounds interesting to you :)
Most internships don’t usually come with benefits in my experience
thank you! yes, you can get a benefit package if you work 24+ hours per week which is great! i’m super excited to see how i like this type of work since it’s been hard finding cosmetic internships with chemical engineering!
My professional opinion tells me that this is an opportunity of a lifetime for you. But do make sure to read between the lines of your contract with them. Good luck and enjoy!
Not bad for being an intern. I think you should look further than just the pay. Think about future opportunities and also how much you are learning. They are basically paying you to learn.
thank you! yes, the pay is completely fine, i was just worried that the company would try to forces sales on me as some people state it’s similar to an MLM if you’re more in marketing or sales! i officially accepted the offer because i’m able to do what i want to do with this position than other chemical engineering internships i’ve applied for?
Sounds great for your first internship! Personally I would not pass this up if it were up to me. Happy for you!
The offer is great. But I have to agree with the above comment. Maybe you should check first if the offer is legit. Did you get the offer directly from the company? Or a recruiter?
hi! i got the offer initially from the human resources department and then a follow up offer from the chemical engineer who interviewed me!
Definitely take the job. Your position with Amway is not part of sales but in support of the back end of the business. You will learn a lot and be happy you took the job. PS I worked there for 25 years.
