Hi!

I just had a quick question. My company pays for my LinkedIn Recruiter membership through my own personal LinkedIn. If I wanted to purchase sales navigator on my own through that same account, would my company be notified of that?

Anyone sourcing or recruiting engineers?
I started with a company recruiting logistics professionals... They've doubled my work load and transitioned me into recruiting electrical engineers with security clearances ( so much more strict criteria), but my pay is the same.

I am getting ready to ask for a raise, but curious what you think I should be making?
I work completely remote and have surpassed all my quarterly goals this year.

Hey everyone!

Our matchmaking platform grew faster than anticipated and we have more great candidates than what we can place 😬

So where do you come in?

Our pre-vetted candidates want to be hired by great tech companies & startups for roles in tech, product, marketing and executive positions.

Please DM me or comment so I can DM you if you:

- love the company/companies you represent
- have an abundance mentality, and
- put the candidate’s experience first ❤️

Im in the onboarding process for a fully remote role. They are asking if I have a need for an external monito for the laptop. Do I? Have never used one so I am not sure. It would be for a recruiting coordinator role.

Education: BA & CIPD HR Management Diploma (SHRM equivalent in the UK). Living in Chicago. Salary $70k 10% bonus, been told being bumped to $80k 12% bonus.

On June 21, I had an interview with two managers to become an HR Coordinator. Everything went smoothly, and I got good feedback, so I moved on to the management round of interviews. The recruiter initially stated that I would go through two rounds; however, between June 22-June 23, there were really five rounds, and I am still awaiting the scheduling of one more interview, even though it is now July. I'm becoming frustrated at this point. I’m still actively interviewing with other companies.

Currently have 10 years experience in TA last 5 years in management. Moved abroad for a management position this company made senior leadership redundant! Spent around 3 months unemployed and was offered a position around 40% less salary for a Senior Recruiter position so going back to what I had done a few years ago! Took the position because excellent company and also needed to work. Quickly realised this is literally taken a back step in my career - Rest in comments

Hey everyone, looking for some advice. I’ve been working as a RC for a tech company for 15 months making 45k (I know I’m underpaid) and I’m looking to pivot. I feel really burnt out in this role and would love to transition to something else, perhaps another department. I don’t really want to be in an entry level role again, so what kinds of jobs should I be looking at where I can transfer over my skills easily? I also have customer service experience but would love to stay away from that. TIA!
