Hi, I just recently took on the role of running a CrossFit gym. We’re relatively new and on the smaller size. I would love any suggestions for marketing companies that might work well for us .

I just being demoted after 6 months on my current role. It’s a big blow, was either a demotion or let go. They like my work ethic and decided to offer me the BDR position. Any advice on how to communicate this to my colleagues? They are asking if this is the type of challenge I wanted. Not sure if I will stay or look for something else.

I’m very frustrated because I’ve been interviewing with companies for 6-8 months to only be rejected at the final round consistently.

I have lots of relevant experience and I articulate it well but they don’t think it’s a “fit” for them. Finance firms are the only ones that interview me, can’t break into other industries. I feel trapped in my current role and everything is taking a huge toll on my mental health.

Does anyone have tips on how to manage this?

After a long interview process, I had to decline an offer from Amazon. I was really excited, but they wanted to start me as an L4. I already have offers on the table $15,000 more then the possible top compensation an L4 can get.
