Hi Fishes, I cleared technical and MCQ round at Accenture. And got a mail stating i have been selected for HR round. Later the same day a hr called and asked me to upload all documents and asked my expected CTC and stuff. Earlier in portal it was showing interviewing , now it shows review or pending and has a message ' we regret to inform that you experience does not align with req, we will contact if anything comes up' , what does this mean. How can they put something like this?
Accenture
A co work of mine has an interview with Microsoft coming up. I was wondering could anyone who works at Microsoft or has worked there have any tips on the interview. She is interview as a Technical PM. I have been helping her prepare, but since I havenât worked there I donât know if we are preparing the right way. So any help would be great.
Thank you in advance
Hey folks, need some advise, I finished my loop for a GCP TAM role in early December and the recruiter just got back saying the feedback was positive and I need a call with the hiring manager to ensure alignment. He specifically said itâs a 30 minute conversation and not an interview, can anyone advise on what to expect, should instill treat this as a final interview? Iâm assuming theyâll want to know more about my profile and what Iâm looking to get from this role but anything beyond that?Google

In formal terms the H1B is a temporary work visa, not an attempt at immigration.
From your description it sounds like you have close ties with your employer, since this is the second country you live in following their direction. This is a good sign if you are seeking a B1/B2 visa, intended for business and tourism, not work.
Beyond that, you could still have strong connections in your native country.
I was transferred, but not to my home country. My concern is that interviewer doesnât see my âties to home countryâ as I am completely on my own here
What P1 said. As long as you prove to them you would need to leave the US after certain time.
I would also make sure you have worked for 6 months with your current employer
