Deloitte:- 10 LPA,
TCS:- 13 LPA
and Morningstar:- 15 LPA

which one should be a good choice considering growth and a good career.

I would try to get more from Deloitte and go with them. They have a good reputation. I have several friends there who love it.

I got an offer from tcs for 13.5LPA , i have accepted the offer and even bgv is completed and one month remaining before joining .

I’ve got another offer for 17 LPA now , i want to join other company.

January, I got a promotion to store manager of a Metro by T-Mobile. The job however came with a mandatory 60hrs/6 day work week. And salary at $1,000 a week. There are no benefits, PTO, or even holiday pay. I get a commission on my sales with how things are now a days, it's like an extra $400 a month. I'm not really happy, and am having doubts about staying here. Is this a good salary? At $16.6/hr i feel as it's not.

My company is notorious for not giving raises unless you ask. My direct report lacks boundaries and has said things like “I haven’t gotten one so…”. There is no report above her anymore as he recently left. Do I meet with the CEO? Or send and email with my request for an increase? I do not trust my direct report to have my back or even take it to the next level for approval.

I got promoted recently. The new pay kicks in 2 months later. I have another job offer that will pay me 30k more + 20k sign bonus. My current employer is a global org, the brand name certainly has value but they don’t pay well. Interview went well, Total 7 ppl interviewed me. I accepted offer verbally. Then I got promoted and I shared that to recruiter and my current compensation and offer are same. I shared my difficulty to recruiter as it will be a lateral move. He said he will get back to me in 1 day. Its been a week I haven't heard back.

I work for a small start up marketing agency. I am full time employee number 2 working directly under my boss (the CEO). I interviewed at company A and B. Company A sent me an offer, however I really want to work at company B, and they said they would get back to me last week and still have not even after following up.
