Asking for an observation as part of interview process… I have 2 job offers, one in pediatric clinic and one in home health. Obviously they are very different but I can’t decide. 3 weeks ago I applied to a CM role with KPMG and last Thursday I received an email to fill out the KPMG Online Employment Application as I move forward to the interviewing process and contact my recruiter with any questions. However, no recruiters have reached out to me yet. What should I do?

Previously interviewed for position at Deloitte but did not receive offer after final round. I’ve applied for other Deloitte positions following the rejection but now each time during the initial phone screening, the recruiter asks for the name of who helped me throughout the recruiting process for the role I did not receive an offer for. After I provide this info, I’m then ghosted by them each time (3 times total so far). What am I doing wrong?

I am a digital marketer(Owner of a small comp). However I am planning on applying to some jobs since i feel i have done everything I can do and would like to work and learn from others. Sign-on bonus? Across FAANG I notice some people get sign on bonus without negotiating, some get with negotiation and some straight up get none even with negotiating.

What’s the deal with signon across FAANG is it always on the table or is it per team or depending on the group you’re targeting or just how well you do on interviews?

I know these days companies follow skills rather than degree but still do company make preference for Master’s degree?
