I took a 3 mo. maternity leave this year. My firm calculates bonuses based on the amount of collectibles over the course of the calendar year with a minimum collectibles amount in order to qualify for a bonus. How have you women dealt with this? Obviously it’s difficult for me to meet my collectibles requirement for a year when I only will have worked for 9 months. When is it time to leave?

10th year in a relatively specialized field and partnership prospects are fantastic. Problem is, I’m completely fried. I find the work boring.
