I typically exercise in the evenings but as of late I’ve skipped some nights because work got crazy or the kids had activities, or the kids got sick, etc so I’d like to start exercising in the morning so I get it done. I intermittent fast and my first meal is usually 9-10am. I know I can do cardio faster but what about lifting weights? Will lifting weights faster result in reduced gains or will it be fine if I eat a lot of protein throughout the day?
