I studied an entire week. Prepare mentally for this big interview that’s happening today. Canceled all meetings, including a call with a client. 30 minutes before, I dress as sharp as possible. Seat at the best possible lighting and adjust camera. Open up my emails to look for the zoom meeting link. Then, I found out the interview is next Friday, not this one 🤦🏻. I don’t deserve this job 🥴

As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. She said she would present my candidacy to the union and they would reach out to schedule more interviews. Any advice for going through this process? Interviewed for a PM role for one of the top 10 IT giants, and I made 11 interviews, only the last one said I was too junior. (After interviewing me for 5 mins). The head of department and hiring manager said they’ll probably be in touch and they’re keeping my info!

Would like to share my experience.. just joined 2.5 months back as D2, skill Pure play data strategy consulting, seasoned consulting profession skilled in DG, DQ and Cloud techs.. after joining the team, found out that Invent India does not do consulting.. they basically rent out resources to other geographies.. once rented, there is no bar that you wil be offered work/assignment that aligns with your skill or aspirations..pathetic !
