I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

Hi! I’m a soon to be graduate and was offered an Area Manager Position at Amazon. 60k potential expected basepay. The final official offer letter with approved compensation package (base pay & RSU award) will be provided closer to my start date once Compensation is determined. I got an entry level analyst offer at Deloitte. I am wondering if I can negotiate my offer as it is lower than a guy with a similar background's, but also on the higher end of what other analysts got. I am doing the same degree as him, have same (if not more as I did more internships and he didn't) experiences as him, so should I negotiate? If yes, how to approach the situation? The difference in pay is 15-20k and he got in as a consultant straight out of college. I haven't accepted the offer.

How to get better in interviews? I am a foreign-attorney and a current law student (rising 2L). I am in the top-third of my class, Hispanic woman, years of legal experience, and made law review. I always receive tons of compliments during my interviews, but they don’t result in call backs. Some interviewers are truly interested in my personal story, but seem like they were not planning to hire me from the beginning. What can I do? I am terrified of not getting a 2L SA.

I wanted to seek career advice. I am a CA from India (US CPA equivalent) and just completed CFA level 3 in USA. Have 3 years of experience in big 4 India but have a career gap of 5 years now. If I didn't get an internship for next summer yet but I got an offer for a part-time accountant and dean assistant at my school. Should I take it or stay at my current job (Not related to my major at all) and hope I will get an internship?
