I was a manager at b4, and moved to a F100 company as an associate for higher pay and different work. Few months in, I’m already acting as a manager on projects, and honestly feel like I’m sandbagging. Do skip promotions or fast tracks ever occur in large companies, or would I need to change jobs again for that?
