I'm learning the ropes around hospital economics and their volume feeders - physician referrals, ED admits, ambulatory sites etc. Anyone who can point me to any helpful resources around understanding all the different drivers for hospitals volumes and their relationships with physicians? I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.

I am trained in life sciences and decided to try consulting postgrad to try something completely new.
