I’m dreaming of resigning without another job lined up. I hate the toxic hell hole I call an office. working 60-70 hours a week with young kids makes it hard to look for a new gig too.

How to deal with change? 1 year out of college and living with 3 of my best friends, just talked about living together for next year but they are all moving to new cities. Another friend is moving to my city so I’ll be living with them but I can’t help but feel a little lonely/like a huge stage of my life is over. Any tips for dealing with this change? I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

I think i am being major underpaid I'm my present company. My present salary is 17k per month and my job role is both technical and non-technical support to my company as my designation is Executive Administrative Assistant but I do technical support to clients also.

I have received an offer for 10000 Aed per month from Dubai. It includes the cost of medical insurance and flight expenses to and fro once a year. My current CTC is 16L where 14.2 is fixed. Should I accept the offer?
