New manager said last week he wants to replace me with someone less experienced and presumably cheaper. Of course being very “nice”, allowing me to take my time looking for external opportunities. I have 6.10 YOE. I have been working with TCS for the last 2 months as an ITA. The problem is, I have been assigned into the internal project where I'm not interested to work into it. I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. As I have recently joined this organization, I really don't want to move out of this organization but wanted to move out of internal project. Please suggest me a suitable option.

I have 9.3 YOE. My current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I got offer from TCS and they are Offering 22.3 LPA. It is 20 percent hike. Should I join TCS for this hike. I mean i have onsite in my mind and j think tcs may give that opportunity. What do u think??

For now in accenture at least 10% yearly hike and 18% variable pay iam getting. Am I doing a mistake or tcs offer is good.?? Please guide me...
