I had my first round interview at CTS on 24th July. It went kind of ok . Today evening I got call from HR regarding total experience /relevant experience and salary discussion, and he said that he will send link regarding BGV where I need to send the documents. Now again I got mail from talent acquisition team cc'ing the same HR that they have scheduled interview tomorrow at 5pm. How many technical rounds does it have?or is this interview is managerial one/ HR specific?

I’m a first year associate. I am hopefully getting sworn in within 2 weeks. Is it too soon to engage with recruiters and start looking for a new role?

Please share how the project is and I could understand this is the oldest product of Oracle. Is this product exp still worth it if I leave Oracle in future??

As my last agency was falling apart, I started looking for a new job, and per usual, it took a while to find the right fit. I hit the last interview for a job that sounded collaborative, accepted my skills, moved me to “Senior”. But they asked for my salary range and told me they had an interview w/someone else. I’m in the final rounds of my interview process for a NYC Hedge fund, non tech role. The recruiter mentioned the compensation package is bonus heavy which can be multiples of base salary. Though they will guarantee a full bonus (sign on + year end) for my first year. 300k target

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.

What type of questions should I ask the recruiter about the bonus payouts? Vesting?

hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.

Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. I joined tcs few months before I got released from a development project because I couldn't complete training due to covid leaves.

Now RMG is FORCING me to join a Support project in which I'm not interested.

What to do, will they fire me if I don't accept that project? Or anyhow I have to accept that support project??

My notice period ends in 15th September and I have my two years completion on 9th September.
I wanted to take a break before joining the next organization whose joining is on 16th itself
But does it matters to get the 2 years complete and will i get any advantage in tht like destination change in records.I was thinking to ask 10 days of early release

I have resigned TCS after getting offer in another tech company with 110% hike. The new company is requesting whether a buy out option can be availed and they are ready to sponsor the buy out.
TCS side Manager and Project lead are saying that as per policy it’s not possible.

Any suggestions to negotiate a buy out by serving 60 days instead of 90 possible ?
