Hi, I’m a global trading analyst. I need advice since EOY reviews are coming up. I’ve grown so much in my role & have moved to doing senior duties. I’ve also been told by my manager that upper management is noticing my work. My question is how much is a decent raise & how do I know what is a bad raise? Can you negotiate them? I have been at my role for about a year and 4 months now graduated in 2021. I am not salary, I work hourly. We work crazy 10-12 hour days at times. Thanks!

Recently promoted to L5 in Strategy & Ops at Google. Feels like a good time to take stock of my career. What’s the going rate for Senior Account Executives in salary for NYC?

After trying to find an in-house job since July, I finally have an offer at a company that I really like. Total comp is around $20-25k off from where I want to be. Equity comp may be the only way to bridge the gap but they said they don’t normally include equity comp at the corporate counsel level, which is odd. I have found that most companies do. Has anyone received equity comp in negotiations where it wasn’t originally on the table?
