Hi, I'm about to leave a company where I have worked for just 15 days. What reasons can I give to them for leaving, so that they don't force me to serve the notice period. I'm really not sure how to go about writing that mail.

I have to join next week in new organization so serving NP is not an option.

In speaking with our contacts at the quant, I can say unequivocally that this position does not exist.
