What is a starting salary for a senior consultant that does energy transformation consulting at other consulting companies? I know GH underpays lower than market, but I’m having a hard time gauging how much more. Not enough reports on Glassdoor for my company and city. Hi everyone. I’m wondering if I can get some advice on an employee I hired about 9 months ago. They seemed to be excited when first joining but now they lack the work ethic I hoped I would find in them. They lack attention to detail, they don’t pay attention/action on things you tell them to. They’re very “everyone is against me” mindset & I’ve tried everything I can to improve their work but they really don’t seem to care to implement any of the tips I’ve given. Id rather not fire them. Help!

Need job advice:

I recently got an offer at a prestigious company making almost double what I make now (OTE). It is also a promotion on the job title which will help for long term career prospects.

The only downfall is I also have a final round interview with literally my dream job later this week.

Package : 12 LPA
YOE : 4 Years

She is currently working with EY and is due for a raise with current package of 7 LPA. However , her concern is that in EY she gets to work with different clients and create reports for them which offers a lot of challenges and she enjoys those which might be missing in UBS

Any suggestions on whether she should join ?

I think I'm bad at auditing. I'm a staff 1 so is this just a learning curve? When does it get better and feel like I have a manageable workload?

I have an interview with HR but it states that if it goes to the hiring manager, it will notified my manager.
