I work for a firm that does exec coaching for leaders of all levels and this seems to be big on people’s lists right now either to augment existing programs or to level up their leaders - the personalized nature of coaching is something people really respond to and get value from.
How big of an org? In my previous company we engaged a 12-session program, 3 hours bi-weekly with a cohort of 10-15 managers. The bonding, psych safety and peer mentoring was incredible. Content was organized as managing self, others and company. Got rave reviews we did a second cohort with next in line leaders and had so many people asking for a third cohort.
We are at about 450 employees and 80 leaders.
Last year we hosted monthly sessions with our manager cohorts around our competencies with an external expert. We had pre and post activities. But looking for a new approach This year.
