Received a job offer today and unsure how to proceed. The role is lateral but with more opportunity to advance. The offer consists of a 17% base salary increase, a 25% annual bonus structure, and a signing bonus of 25% of my base. I feel that the offer is fair but the downside is fewer vacation days. My recruiter meets every Thursday to get feedback from the interviewer, so I’m not expecting to hear back until next Friday.

I get an email today, from a Googler, an invite to apply for a position. I did not accept or decline yet and I don’t have any details. I did look up the person who sent me the invite, the person is a regional lead.
