Any tips on how to deal with Dominant style personalities? I’m an Influential style personality and work in an environment were bluntness, aggressiveness, etc. are valued and seen as cool as opposed to the warm, empathetic style I prefer to employ. I joined Capgemini as Manager on 21st Nov, but has not recieved laptop yet. No communications also. On inquiring onboarding team keeps on forwarding me to different person every time.
