I asked Barclays HR for offer revision.

Can I expect revised offer letter? Will they match 23.5 or above.

I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I’m considering debt consolidation, specifically a company called National Debt Relief which seems legit but I’m just so hesitant because I’m scared to make my situation worse. I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
