Waiting for BBBY to blow its top again 🚀
Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

IBM has better reputation, brand value and employee friendly policy.

Go for IBM
Do Not go for DXC! They haven't paid variable for past 6 years. This year it was the first time ever they paid any variable!
Hi can you please tell there is an annual hike in Dxc and what percentage?
I would go for IBM, better for the long run and have a really good reputation - if nothing, great stepping stone towards other opps, but I have friends there who really like the freedom and progression they have (although that may be team dependent)
