About to have my panel interview with 3 EA’s at Meta next week. Any tips? Anyone know what the next step is? I haven’t met with a hiring manager but in my Meta candidate account it says the next step after my upcoming round interviews is an offer. In the past month, I have gone through 7 interviews at a start up company, including the CEO, who wanted to talk “as soon as possible”.
Kept mentioning my “impressive resume” & “great accomplishments”, & I got the feeling he felt I was overqualified. The kicker was when he said “you realize this is an individual contributor” after I said I knew this job was to build out a function not currently anywhere in the company. Radio silence since.

Do I call the hiring Mgr & put her feet to the fire?
