Hi ladies!
I have my video interview with Liberty Mutual tomorrow for a licensed customer service role. Oddly, this morning I get an invitation to interview with Farmers for a claims customer service associate. I know the salary for the LM role, but not the Farmers role. Does anyone have experience with either? They are both great companies and I want to make sure I’m planting my feet with the right one. Thank you!Liberty Mutual Insurance Farmers Insurance Group

Cover letters: does anyone actually read them?
Take the job as is. We dont know how long they'll be remote.
Indicate you are open to relocation depending on what the health and safety risks are, when that time comes. Things change quickly or stay the same long enough.
Take the job.
Well - this is a challenge. A large amount of people want remote work, and NYC is returning to in person. So a bulk of the market that i am seeing now demand in person presence.
If the company has decided in person is their direction, and that is not what you want to do and you are not willing to move - then maybe its a great opportunity but not your dream job.
I'd clear this up early. Why waste your time. Unless you think the interview process will help you sell them on a remote job? You can also ask them directly how they plan to manage endemic covid.
If it's that big a dream job. Do the interview and try and work at convincing them to make it a remote job.
