Hi, I’m interviewing for amazon SDE2 for the Halo Partner services team, does anyone have advice on what to expect in the first interview and the process in general in terms of questions?

Got dinged after a job interview and was told by the recruiter verbatim that the reason is I wasn’t outgoing enough. This was for a product manager role, not sales or anything...cont.

After two intensive months of interviews/probing that last more than an hour each. 8 interviews, 1 aptitude test, one behavioral test. I finally get an okay & I’m the chosen one.

The offer comes that they’re applying for visa sponsorship which would take two months(I live outside Europe)And that I’ll have a 3 months contract. After which they’d decide on my employment status and apply for my work sponsorship!

I’m so disappointed. I thought I finally got my dream to relocate. Advise please!
