The thing is that it's been about a week and a half since this happened and there has not been any official documentation on role change or compensation. I'm wondering if this is normal? Do you usually get a new offer letter or something? Because it makes no sense for me to take on more responsibility above my pay grade without a new title and a significant pay bump. Curious to know how PPMD feel about introverted SMs? Is there any real future for them in consulting? I'm fairly successful as an SM (exceeding all of my targets) but I'm more comfortable leading from the back, thinking through things, keeping the bs to a minimum. I'm not loud or noisy but I am effective. I don't enjoy the limelight at all and would rather work behind the scenes to make things happen. Is there a real future for me in consulting?

What is average tenure for SM’s making practice in your office? I used to hear 12-14 but seems to be longer now. Also heard pwc have flat out said 15 years minimum required. What do SM’s think of this
