I've had a really pensive, emotional day. Just had a huge moment of growth where I was able to identify a trauma pattern I had learned and I stopped and decided to teach myself something healthier.

It's hard and uncomfortable, but it is growth, and I'm really proud of myself. I can't wait to look back on this moment and pat myself on the back, but I'm trying to get better at doing that in real-time.
