I have head hunters reaching out to me constantly about new “opportunities”. It’s always the same; base salary, bonus, benefits etc. At the end of the day, all these “opportunities” are still At-Will JOBS. Has anyone had any experience and success in negotiating a contract, LTI, or equity? If so, thoughts on strategy in broaching the subject during the interview/hiring process would be appreciated.
