Working as a manager in a big 4 in SF isn't enough. Having to pick up driving for Lyft on the weekends, against firm policy of having outside employment.

As WFH continues on, I'm seeing our cultural initiatives slip away as it pertains to social connection and education/training. What are your agencies doing to either bring employees together while in WFH-mode and/or offer educational opportunities (for your discipline, and/or DEI)? It seems no one wants to get behind a computer screen for anything besides work. Does connection and education matter to people still or is it just about getting the job done?

Would going to another consulting firm one month after I get my green card impact my naturalization application?

Need suggestions and your views. Currently at Manager level in DUSI and just got 33% hike. Currently I am holding an offer from a boutique firm which is offering a much higher executive level and 30% hike over my current salary. But since this firm is pretty small and setting up new operations in India, little hesitant. What do you think fishes ?

How much is position scrutinized when you have a brand name on your resume?
