I have got offer from deloitte of 10 LPA for consultant role after I showed them my counter offer of 9.3 LPA. I am having 3.5 yr exp in sap sd. Is this a good offer from deloitte seeing the current market scenario? I was expecting 12-13 lpa based on counter offer from deloitte.

During pre-screening the recruiter said salary would be around 45k, I feel this is low. Got a 4 year degree, 10+ yoe in healthcare, insurance, etc. What I don’t have is experience in analytics. Any advice on how to switch into academia? What to include in a cover letter? I have only been practicing for 4 years, so I may be to green, regardless of it being "entry-level."
