what's the best way to get into pharma after working as a pharmacist for 5 years? I graduated with a PharmD and worked in retail pharmacy from 2016-2020 due to visa status. Even then it was hard to make a transition into pharma so i tried hospital job. I hated it so after 6 months, i switched job again to PBM. Now i feel it's even harder to get any entry level job. and wondering if i should go back to school to reset my career (ie. MBA or HOPE) Thoughts? I desperately need some guidance.

I'm an incoming cyber risk analyst at D. As my start date got pushed, I enrolled in a part-time masters in cybersecurity at NYU. Does having an MS vs. certs have more value? (excluding CISSP/OSCP) or is it vice versa? Also, does having a MS help expedite promotion route?

For a SE with industry experience, is an MS/MBA program worth it (as compared to a regular MBA)? My goal was to acquire business skills to start something of my own. I feel like an MS in CS is mostly meant for someone pivoting into the field with no experience. But part of me thinks it could be good if I want to get into technical management. The other part of me things that inevitably, one degree (the MS or MBA) will go to waste depending on what I do after graduating.

The better alternative is to create a notes column then add the note in the newly created column to the specific line you are referencing. Then you can filter on the colums and read though them all and filter down on specific lines. Much better than searching through the data set.
