Hi Infosys folks,

I applied at Infosys career website 2 times last month but they didn't select my Resume and status for each time got changed to "not selected" .

I saw a weird thing that I'm not able to apply for other openings also,

Do Infosys doesn't even allow re-apply even after only resume rejection??

I have been applying and interviewing for almost two years and not able to lend a job offer. I am at a point of wanting to give up. I’m always getting to the final round of interviews and interviewers experience how amazing I am.. but still no offer.
Anyone have any advice? I literally just don’t know what to do anymore

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?

I am currently working in tcs for 4.5 lakhs salary with NSA of 96000, I am currently taking interviews for SRE role for Infosys, Wipro and Deloitte.
Deloitte-Managerial round is completed and Infosys- they are asking for documents after 1st round.

So I have been a Director of Health Services for a year and I just want to know what the current rate for this position at other companies is, because Ebenezer, Encore and Brookdale all want to low ball me and pay me 75k - 85k/year which is lower than what I already make.

Just curious. Does Salesforce hire based on skill or ability to learn? I was interviewing with another company as a Salesforce BA and with Salesforce themselves. I got an offer from Salesforce. But the other company rejected me after final round because they wanted someone with more SF experience. I let both places know my skill level from the beginning and they both had same YOE required.

One of my MD’s asked me to update a workbook with new deal info on a sheet they created in September. I did it with the new cap structure they gave, and got a paragraph back telling me it was wrong, and to use a different cap structure. Sent it back, same exact response with a third cap structure. I put these in and am sent a “your book is a mess,” when all of the “errors” they pointed out were errors from the original sheet from them and I got blamed. I just graduated, how do I deal with this?

I have put my resignation on 15th Feb, and since then, only my RM has contacted me.
Everyone already knew that I had a better offer, and my director said that matching that offer would not be possible.
Even then, they gave me the best rating ( DP), and after I got my rating, I resigned.
As of yet, HR and Director have not approached me, and my RM just asked for a confirmation, if I am sure.
Generally, when is the L2 lead and HR start their conversions, and will they match the offer I have now?
