Hi ,Is anyone know how much time do Coforge takes to provide you with the interview updates after 2nd round??

Interviewed with a huge company a few weeks ago. The recruiter gave me 24 hour heads up for each interview, which was pretty annoying but fine. I thanked her after each interview, at the end of the loop 2 weeks ago asked about next steps and then followed up AGAIN last week. I’ve received 0 responses each time and it’s REALLY frustrating after spending so much time interviewing and moving my schedule around. Do I follow up again? Do I express my disappointment in the form of light feedback?

Let me preface this has been a long time in the making, but today a recruiter finally reached out to me for a social media manger role and I have an interview! Looking at the job description it says 3-5 years of social experience which I do not have. This is my dream job though so I’m looking for advice on how to approach my lack of experience. First year copywriter. Was furloughed during Covid. Had an interview today with an agency that works mostly with the health and medical fields. The interview went well, but I’ve heard that medical copywriting is a creative death sentence. Does it make sense to take this job just to be employed and then try to wiggle back onto the more creative side of things later? Or should I stick it out until something else comes along?

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
