Can you try a Teladoc type to at least get some immediate relief and anti anxiety or anti depression meds?

That’s a really tough situation. In-patient rehab is pretty much out of the question right now even if affordable/insured.
I agree that medication makes sense, especially as you are home all the time to monitor. Addiction medics rightly try to avoid overmedication most of the time, but the risk of undermedication is real too and I would push for the maximum. Therapy and support networks are key to long term recovery but now may not be the best time
Finally if you’re new to this situation, it’s vital to protect yourself, physically and mentally. A loving partner like you can be the key to an addict’s recovery but more often we become a casualty. Have a back up plan of where you could go without your partner, however harsh that may seem. And get emotional support yourself. You’re not alone even if it feels that way.
Thanks for the support. That has been the worst part of my quarantine and I feel very guilty for not having enough patience to handle his behavior as I love him. It’s also really hard to tell others, I sometimes got close to calling his mom

Really no need to feel guilt and I would definitely involve others, can help send a message to your partner.
Sometimes helpful to think of the alcohol as an independent actor, controlling your loved one (it really is control). You’re fighting the alcohol, not your partner. 1920s Prohibition no longer seems so crazy when you live with an alcoholic.
