We don’t know where you currently work, or what service line you are. So with my limited knowledge of your situation I’d say stay where you are ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Seems like they made 475 million in a year, not bad for a small firm

Depends on where you are coming from, but in general they were good. Experience/exposures you get to take on were incredible if you show you’re thoughtful. Hyper productive environment year long so expect it to be fast pace. Make getting along with everyone in the office/friends a priority. Heard certain offices struggled on moral. If you want to learn, phenomenal and constant opportunities to do so up to manager level. Nothing will ever be explained to you, so would highly recommend against if you are not a self learner. Exit ops could be better, but heard of some folks that were exceptional and got hired at their clients 2-3 levels above where they were at within the firm. Again, don’t expect hand holding.

Hi OP, I’ve heard good feedback about the firm from several people. Which office are you planning to join?

That’s good to know. Thank you for your response. I’m considering the DC office.

My husband and I have concert tickets to a big outdoor festival that was cancelled for covid and is now happening in late August. His brothers and some college friends are flying in to stay with us. We just found out we're pregnant and I'll be 9 weeks by concert time. We aren't ready to tell anyone but we can't think how we can ask them to cancel without explaining. We are all vaccinated and are in SF so cases are low, but not zero. Any advice?

Hi! I am a recent law school graduate who started her first job remotely during the pandemic remotely. I have had concerns about the following: 1. How do I build relationships with my coworkers and managers? Since the pandemic people have been moving farther away from the office making happy hours difficult. 2. How do I know that my performance is ok? In my office, I handle cases independently so I do not have an opportunity to see other attorneys or their work products. Tia
