Hi is there a solid resource for comp benchmarks? I’m in a new role and company is struggling to find benchmarks for my comp so it’s in my interest to help them. Like a resource to say eg “Director / VP of Product Strategy” comp ranges X-Y in companies of at least X revenue. Or honestly any resource that shows ranges of comp for roles of varying seniority across functions? Struggling on indeed or LinkedIn or elsewhere. My function can be tagged as product strategy or innovation fwiw. 🙏 thanks!

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)
