Received a written offer from Amazon 4 wks ago, pushed for higher level, reinterview. HM supported it but couldn’t get it done. My og offer went from start date of oct 10 to Jan 3rd. Recruiter said the numbers are locked. I couldn’t reach the HM. Running out of time I accepted. I contacted the HM again saying yay! I accepted. I Have been ghosted for 5 days. Recruiter said background check should come via email soon. Haven’t seen anything. Weirdest experience ever. Why wouldn’t the HM reply?
