HRs and wellness POCs don't listen really and despite of a major skill mismatch, I have been forcefully kept in this project whereas the other running project is a 100% match for me. Hi, I have a situation where I’m not able to take decision. I was in job search so been attending interviews. 3 weeks ago, I got offer from insurance company, so o accepted offer did shared all my docs for H1 transfer(still in progress with USCIS) start date 05/16. And 2 days ago I got another offer from banking client with almost 25k difference of base pay of first client. And benefits from banking client is much better. And they gave start date at 06/27. How do I say this to my first offer?

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

But they have told us flat-out (even when asked directly) that we won't get a salary change or even just a title change. What should we do? It seems unethical at the very least.

I am currently working at Deloitte and I have received an offer from Accenture with 50% hike. And Deloitte is willing to retain me with a 40% hike. Is it worth leaving Deloitte and joining Accenture for a 1,00,000-1,50,000 increase in pay?

The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

Hi Fishes!! I’ve applied for Management Consultant- Strategy-Sustainability. I’ve received a call from HR on Friday and the status in the career portal has changed to Interviews.. But I didn’t receive any call yet. HR is not responding.. Any idea of when can I expect a call!!

I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ? Any suggestions would definitely help.
