I am burning out. My manager forgot her password for a program and blamed me. She said: how do you dare to change my password. I just have access to her account not her personal email. I am working as a JL6 employee (8 years of IT exp) in Infy with an approx CTC of 17.5 lpa (including allowances). I have a got a verbal offer from TCS for Rapid Automation Lead (C3A band) in the CoE team with 50% hike on my current CTC. Though I have asked for 60% hike, HR said she will get back to me on my ask. Now, there is a possibility that Infy might initiate UK visa for me in the upcoming months which would be ICT visa only. Just wanted your thoughts on TCS' work culture etc.
