Worked in Dassault Systemes in 2020 Nov-2021 aug. With an exp of 6yrs. As it's a "product based" company, my family was happy..my father smile just made my day back then.

But things started to change. Again and again I raised my voice but it was taken down.

There's nothing like a product based org. No WLB, No WFH, the work load was very high and No Mental satisfaction.

I still have few of my friends working in DS saying the attrition is 37%

I sent a FL contract to a new client and they came back to me with a cap of 20 hours on the project. It’s for a press release and an opinion piece along with research and pitching it to trade publications. When I initially accepted it at a $100 hourly rate, I assumed I’d be able to bill in the hours. But the cap limits the work I can do. How do I negotiate? I don’t want to lose the client but also want to do what’s fair to me. Any advice on how to proceed?

Anyone else seriously exhausted by the holiday season? With work, cleaning & decorating, making travel plans and shopping for presents I just feel run down and tired and we're not even close to Christmas yet. For Gurgaon people - I am new to gurgaon, so want to know if there is some other way than hotels to get a place to stay on a per day basis charge, as I need to visit the office one week/month as per new hybrid policy in our organization. My hometown is around 5-6 hours away from my work location so can't go daily as well.

Later she worked for an year and had to leave the job for unhealthy work atmosphere. She’s unemployed but since 3 years. She’s 28 and wants to start working somewhere.
