I am earning 33 LPA (CTC) with a total of 10 years of experience(7 years after MBA) in Operations Consulting. What should be equivalent salary in UK ? I am targeting similar roles in B4 or Accenture.

Def got ghosted for asking v high salary. Did well on interviews. Is it too weird/desperate to send another follow up email after more than a month, explain how I accidentally asked for that much $lol

Same boss is also not kind to most of the team and can be toxic. What they’ve told me regarding growth would be sales (in other words, relying on others), and nothing is being sold. I am looking to get out of the retail automotive sales business and perhaps find something related, like automotive software suppler position. I have been a BDC Director and Manager and have 10+ years of experience training BD agents on process and software applications in the industry. I can't seem to get any traction with the vendors.
