Hi, just got a final case study for a job I really want. My brain is fried and I’m drawing a blank. Anyone willing to jump on a call and help me out?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I recently graduated from grad school and looking for work. In the meantime I'm also signing up for online courses. I was wondering if they have any impact in the interview process. Specially if I'm exploring new subjects, do recruiters take that to be a genuine interest in the area?

Am I sabotaging myself by following up after an interview? They said that HR would reach out to me after 1-2 weeks. Today has been 3 weeks. Is it ok to reach out to them? 1st interview was from direct hiring supervisor.

Writing a cover letter to law firms / organizations in the United States. Is it a recommended practice to add “enclosure” with all documents identified in the end or can one just write “Encl: A/a”. Is that an industry practice?

Im here to say it. I’ve been through the google interview for a pm role. Got hired and guess what? Half the people there are not creative or talented. It’s a corporate lie haha. They act like they want you to example some kind of product sense genius in the interview but when you work there they want you to just be a worker bee with no ideas

I interviewed for an Associate Director position in Student Life within CUNY. Both interviews went great, especially the last one with the director. I was informed that I would hear back from them within two weeks. Long story short, it's been over two months and I never got a direct follow up as told; however, I see the exact position reposted on multiple sites, including on CUNY. I called HR and they were the ones who informed me that they decided to interview a new pool of candidates.

A few months ago I took a job selling internet service. Primarily, I work in the field, where I can make all my sales, but I have been kinda dipping a toe into reaching out to property managers via email. So, i have been trying to write a BASHO email template and I am hitting a wall. It’s hard to personalize it as a lot of the people I reach out to have no social media or are super hard to find. Basically what I have is Intro->benefit statement(one sentence)->CTA. Any advice?
