For the past few weeks i am in a dielema w.r.t choosing offers, i have offers in hand from EY & Capgemini invent. (Capgemini offering more than ey)
I am a strategy consultant (supply chain) with 5 yrs of exp in a consulting org.
& Went in job search market to correct myself wrt salary & designation. I was mainly looking out for salary, work life balance & growth, which offer to choose??

Hi,How to limit mandatory PF contribution as 1800/month. Currently it is deducting 12% of my basic which is 8000+. Do I need to change salary structure for it? Does FIS provide an option to limit PF as 1800 per month. ?
