Hi Creatives! mp4 help!

I'm trying to put an animation that is within a mockup on my portfolio site. Animation was created in Adobe XD then placed within a phone mockup in photoshop by using video timeline. Exported as "Render Video" and works perfectly fine when playing. My portfolio is on Squarespace, which doesn't support direct upload of mp4, I attempted to embed the javascript code, which doesn't look great. When adding an mp4 to a site what is the best way that you all have found?

Be my therapist for a second: started telling close family that were expecting, and they were all super thrilled for us. With every parent/sibling we told I got sad every time we shared the news. My 18 month old climbed out of his crib. We moved the crib to the lowest level and even tried putting the mattress on the ground. We’d watch the monitor as he scaled up the side like spider man and jumped out. We tried having him sleep in a sleep sack. To our surprise, he was still able to climb out. For safety reasons we went ahead and converted the crib to a toddler bed but we’re well aware that he’s not ready and will not stay in his bed. Any suggestions on other options???

Hi, everyone. How realistic it is to start a career at McKinsey as an Associate when I just had a baby and my husband also has a demanding job?
Positive: My mom lives with us and takes care of the baby a lot + nanny/cleanin, and I am hoping to not travel because my industry is in the city.
Negative: Burned out at my current consulting company, working 10-11hours/day. I haven't felt guilt yet, bc I am WFH and I get to see her from 6 to 9 am then 1-2 hrs before bedtime and then I keep working.

My husband is suffering from depression and OCD and has kind of given up on his career, working out, grooming himself, engaging with society and friends. He’s an amazing father but spends his day playing with our baby and playing video games. His depression has become a third person in our relationship and it’s destroying our marriage.
