Hi Ladies! Does anyone have a recommendation for a good PCP? Thanks in advance!

Curious what other underwriters are being paid. We have had a good amount of turn over lately where people are getting 20K plus more, but the people we are hiring to fill those spots are saying we pay “way” more than their previous role. Seems there is a big gap.

I am in San Jose with AOS (Eb1C) filed in May 2021. Receipt number starts with MSC. Completed biometrics in Oct 2021 and have received EAD and AP in November 2021. I140 approved in Mar 2022. Since then I haven’t received anything and have been waiting for my medical RFE. Do you guys think realistically I have a chance to get GC in this USCIS Fiscal year? Are other people in San Jose facing similar wait times? It’s been 15 months already since AOS filing.

Resume question that I struggle to answer. If someone has been working for ~20 years and has worked at a number of companies during that time (let’s say 10 for the sake of this example), the resume becomes way too long. Is it okay to remove the 1st couple of jobs that were held after college even if relevant? Or maybe delete a job or 2 if they aren’t 100% relevant to the rest of the person’s career? Final option is to leave names of companies (and titles) of early roles but delete the content.

I just put in my two weeks last Friday and as I’m booking a flight now, I noticed I have this credit from last year. Should I give this “credit/voucher” to my firm?

My little sister got engaged today. She’s so in love and she truly found her soulmate. I’m so happy for her but I can’t help but feel bad for me. She’s always been an over achiever and has always “beat” me in everything (job, looks, love, social life etc). I’m Indian and my bf is white. I was talking to him about how frustrated seeing all rise in hate crimes for Asian Americans is. He doesn’t get it. We argued in circles about why saying China virus is terrible. He says “how does it matter what I say if it doesn’t affect my actions, I don’t treat Asians with prejudice?” then he said “I’ll never be able to understand exactly bc I’m not Asian or Indian and I don’t experience, so does that mean all interracial couples fail to work?” I just Idk ugh
