What is the typical manager salary with EY?
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Always jump. You can’t cash promises.
If you have an offer in hand from the company offering more money/title change, use it as leverage for your current company to counter offer. They don't have allegiance to you and if you didn't get the "promise of a promotion in 5 months" on paper, don't be surprised if they keep pushing a promotion back. You have to do what is right FOR YOU. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want! If you're a valuable asset, they'll do what they can to make you stay.
Agree with both comments above. Waiting for an empty promise can be draining. Definitely use the other offer as leverage. It won’t hurt either way. Your employer will 1. Raise your salary / promote you or 2. Do nothing (which they’re already doing) but they’ll at least know how you feel — which is important! If you’re not ready to move, and your employer doesn’t do anything regarding your promotion, just continue to apply/keep your eyes open for new opportunities. Stay positive and manifest what you want in your career! The power of manifestation is real if you have the hard work and positive attitude to back it up! Don’t forget to be patient :) —that’s something I always forget to do while job hunting/moving forward in my career. Patience, patience, patience!
Thank you! This was encouraging.
Wouldn’t it make them feel like I have one foot out the door though? Nervous of it coming off as a threat
Take the leap! Nothing is a guarantee anyways. Is there relo assistance with the offer? That would be good to confirm and the details of it (payback or any stipulation).
Do you want like the current company and just waiting for title and compensation? If so, use new offer to have them come back with your promotion and raise.
I would not worry about that. It’s a business and they will understand. You have to be prepared to take the other job if your current company is not willing to match.
Biggest thing I would say, is men have no problem asking for what they want. We have to unlearn making business decisions with too much emotion tied to them. You got this girl!
